Goshen, in Elkhart County, is located in extreme north central Indiana. The August report of 2016, shows the market with 65 residential homes sold, compared to 54 sold in 2015.  The average Days on Market for the period was 48, which is the same as the 2015 amount of 56 DOM.

The average Listng Price for 2016 increased by 1.7% over 2015.

The average Selling Price for 2016 increased by 13.2% over 2015.

The average Days on Market for 2016 - decrease of 11.2% from 2015
