South Riding Mid Week Update10/1/2016 - 10/5/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for Stone Ridge. there are currently 24 homes for sale. 0 homes new to the market. 4 homes received a contract; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale town homes, and 2 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale condos.  There are 2 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
