Foreclosure Prevention

As we all know allot of our family, friends, and co-workers are facing foreclosure or behind on their mortgage payments. Connecticut real estate has been hit hard and it is sad to see SO many people having such hard times. The sad part is I'm not sure we are even close to seeing the worst of it. The state of current economy is unknown which means we could see allot more people in trouble with their homes.

There is steps that can be taken to try and either save your home or at least sell your home with out having a foreclosure on your credit for the next 7-10 years.

Reach out for help, if you search you will find professionals out there that can assist you with either trying to work out an agreement with your lender to allow you to pay back the amount you are behind in installments or if that is not an option they can work out what is called a "Short Sale" which means the bank will allow the house to be sold lower than the current mortgage amount you owe so you can prevent having a foreclosure on your credit for the next 7-10 years and maybe even get some CASH when they house is sold in hand, instead of loosing the house ruining your credit and having no money.
