It's taken ten years to write 3000 posts.
I was not counting but noticed this round number on the Leaderboard.
And my blogging has been done with no particular strategy.
Yes, I really said that!
Many members have planned their posts knowing each day's subject well in advance. These members are to be admired. Their business plan is written, they know how many transactions they will do and how many clients they have to meet. They even know what days they will take off.
The Rome way is not planned in advance. I think on my feet. I take on interesting clients. I take on unique properties. I pick up the phone whenever I think of someone.
I write my daily posts late at night, never sure of the topic.
But when I start typing, the words always appear.
The subject will depend on...
What happened today? What photos are on my iPhone? Who was I inspired by? Who did I inspire? What was said that made a difference?
In the past week, I have ratified contracts, interviewed sellers, negotiated offers, met appraisers, spent hours on a home inspection, shown my properties, signed a new listing, attended two funerals, counciled clients, done a live radio show, spoken with most of my sellers, interacted with lenders, title companies and other Realtors®
I have had contractors in my own home, had dinners with friends, spent quality time with my daughter and a bunch of other things that I have forgotten.
Just another typical week.
This is my life and blogging is a part of my day to day activities.
That's how I've written 3000 blog posts in the past 10 years...
The Rome Way!
