A few years ago there were only 20 or so homes for sale under $200,000 in Medford at any given day when I searched, but things are different now.

2 homes were actually under $100K!!!

5 homes under $125K

22 homes between $125 and $150k

36 homes between $150k and $175,000.

51 homes between $175K and $200,000.

This house is for sale for $195,000, has been recently remodeled, 4 bedrooms, 1 bath.
