Recently, I was presented with the Volunteer of the Year Award from Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. It was very humbling to hear how our REALTOR / CRS volunteer groups are the only ones that have never had someone no-show for the kids. Each year the number of REALTOR volunteers continue to grow and has truely made it a great event for the real estate industry in Las Vegas.
This is the third year for the event and we look forward to doing it in a few weeks. A group of 40+ REALTORS will come together and spend the day teaching lessons at a local school. It's not only great to spend the day with the kids, but to get to share our experiences as entrepreneurs. The kids always look forward to JA in a Day, as do we.
