With fuel prices soaring, why not save money by providing virtual tours (or videos)of your properties so that buyers can view them on-line? This will save us all not only money, but time! As a strong listing agent, I highly recommend this to my clients.
On Line Virtual Tours
A virtual tour goes beyond what still photos can do to satisfy a buyer's curiosity about a property. Buyers that request a showing after having seen the virtual tour tend to be more qualified, and sellers appreciate not being inconvenienced to leave their home as often.
What, no Lockboxes?
Did you know, in Jackson Hole, members of the Teton Board of Realtors do not use lockboxes? That's right. When a buyer's agent takes a client to a home, 99% of the time the seller's agent will be there to open the house and show the property. Think of how much gas is used for each showing: the buyer drives to their agent's office, the agent drives the clients to the property, the seller leaves the house and the listing agent drives to and from the property to show it.
Virtual Tours and videos take some time and/or money to produce but the benefits far outweigh the effort.
Happy trails, Teri
Vitural Tours are nice, but I can't afford to pay for them for every listing. Slide Shows are almost as good and they are free.
