Welcome to Pumpkin Patch Festival in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin!
The "No Vacancy" signs were out bright and early this morning. And that is no small accomplishment, as I began my morning in Gills Rock, 25 miles away from Egg Harbor's Pumpkin Patch Festival grounds--which include most of the downtown Village of Egg Harbor.
Pumpkin Patch Festival, otherwise known to the rest of the world, is Columbus Day weekend, This weekend generally marks the busiest weekend of the year for Door County, Wisconsin--everything from shopping, dining to real estate sales (although if the weather is wonderful sometimes people prefer to be outside, and it's going to be pretty nice (but cool) this weekend). However, this is one of the BEST weekends of the year to look at Door County properties for sale...homes, condominiums and vacant land for sale in Door County, because of the STUNNING autumn colors.
