Thanks! FL Room ... I had forgotten they don't have those everywhere although you probably have something similar on the coast. It's a more casual room usually with lots of windows to let in that FL sunshine. This one is nicer than most because it was built "under roof" with the house as part of the original floor plan. Most of the time the FL room is an add on over a patio maybe. This one has central electric AC/Heating.

Basically it's part of that outdoor living that FL is famous for ... only inside with air conditioning! This one also has a very durable but plush carpet in the FL room and indoor/outdoor carpet in the screened enclosed room.
