When another agent asks "where do you get all your listings?" I knew I must be doing something right. This blog is my entry into the Active Rain Challenge, October Lead Generation Challenge: Finding, Qualifying, & Tracking . The challenge asks Where do I get my leads from? The answer my friends is easy. A mix of consumers inquiring on my current listings, referrals from past clients and from my Active Rain Blog. You see listings, bring listings. WHAT? you may ask. I LOVE to list homes. I have an incredible marketing program i have developed. I offer full service through each step of the selling process. I price my homes right and show my sellers what their value is and why. In the end I sell homes quickly and the best obtainable price.
The SECOND question asks how good are the leads I get. Every lead could be a good lead. I find it is important in asking the questions right off to determine that. Are they ready to buy or sell now. If not now is it later? I like to have all my potential buyers get pre qualified at first. Leads can be raw or ready to go. The key is treat them with the respect they deserve not as just a lead.
The THIRD party asks how i keep track of leads. The truth may surprise some as I use a low tech approach. I developed my own system I do not share. It lets "me do me" as my daughter would say. Some day perhaps a high tech system, but for now, it is working well.
I would like to add a 4th part, and that is WHY do people call me, a independent broker in a semi large market over the massive advertising budgets promoting the franchises? The answer is SERVICE. They come to me because they are treated right and I get results. People really like that.....
The Lesson is that the most critical part of Buying or Selling a home is the Agent/Broker you choose.
You deserve the BEST service when Buying or Selling a home. My story shows how I stand by my clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the best, not just the biggest agent or company.
It does not take magic to turn your "For Sale" sign into a "Sold" sign. It takes a full time Local Agent who specializes in Listing homes like yours.
