The people who really know me, can tell you I’m always laughing. It also has been said it adds years to your life. I think folks like to be around those that have a personality that can laugh and laugh at oneself. By the way it heals elements by releasing some chemical in the body. Take the time and enjoy for life was meant to be more happier than sad.
I've heard it said that laughing may extend our life ~ but what's more significant to me is the boost in energy that a laugh offers in the present moment.

Yes indeed laughter is the best medicine. My bride is constantly laughing, giggling and bringing smiles to others. She's always up and her attitude lifts others including me. Can't be down while laughing.
Yes! Laughter is medicine for the soul. I am convinced it helped keep me alive during my cancer treatment.
