Bob and Richelle Ward Celebrate 15 Years in Real Estate October 2001 is when we started our real estate careers. Having moved from Long Island in 2000, we were only in Newtown for one year before we became Realtors.
They say that the one thing in life that is constant is change. That statement is quite appropos of real estate. The real estate market has changed quite a bit since we first started and some of the tools that we use in our daily work have changed. Our clients change and their needs change. Mortgage rates have changed, etc, etc
There's been a whole of change, but would we have it any other way? Nope! Over the 15 years, we've grown to accommodate the needs of our clients and adapted to overcome the challenges that have come our way. We've met some really great people along the way. People who became our friends and have enriched our lives greatly.
