Looks great, and seems like a great price!  I just drove through the area yesterday!   The weather and scenery is so beautiful this time of year in Northern Virginia.

Jim.  Indeed.  The Azalea bloomed this week out here. 

Neal.  Interesting.  I'll have to take a look at Weston and see what you have there.  I'm not familiar with that area of Florida.

looks like some great packages there - I had never understood the difference of wooded lot to forested lot - after looking at these photos I have a better idea

Thesa.  I don't know that there is a difference between wooded and forested.  It's a good advertising word in our area to identify a lot as "wooded" meaning that there are trees naturally on the lot. 

The builder has 5 lots remaining in this subdivision.  This is the only one that is truly "wooded.  The others are lots that back to trees or have trees on the back perimeter  One backs to a wooded area with a stream in the back.
