Lithonia is coveniently located just about 15 minutes drvie from downtown Atlanta and a very short drive from Buckhead. There are a lot of townhomes for sale here are very reasonable prices, there are also many brand new homes for sale by extremely motivated builders, who are very willing to cut a deal for savvy buyers. Some builders are even willing to work with home buyers who have a few credit issues and cannot get a loan immediately. The buikders actually sell the homes using lease purchase option.

There are also a lot of Lithonia foreclosures that have been discounted by the banks for quick sale. Someone here is losing a lot of money, but the home buyer is clearly winning here. We are seeing a lot of people searching for Atlanta houses and Atlanta townhomes focusing on Covington GA homes, Conyers GA homes, Lithonia GA homes, South fulton homes, and Smyrna GA homes. There areas are easily accessible to downtown Atlanta and the airport, the biggest employer in the Metro area.
