We currently have a total of 2827 residential properties for sale with a median listing price of $246,900 and 127 days on market(dom).  In addition we currently have 629 condo/villa for sale with a median listing price of $160,597 and 147 days on market(dom).

St. Charles County has large selection of residential and condo/villa properties for sale in all price ranges and there has never been a better time to buy.  Buyers could be in their new home before summer and building memories that will last a lifetime.

Looks like your market is looking up.  We have way more homes on the market than we should and way more than last year.  It is hurting my listings so much.

Maria,  The market does look like it is starting to rebound.  We have price pockets that are still slow.  We need some good weather for a little bit and we should see some strength come back into the market.  Thanks for stopping in and commenting.
