THIS POST: Hopefully it will provide some comic relief in an otherwise difficult season in our nation. No matter how you vote, just vote. A brief disclaimer to start: I am from Texas so I am more than likely a deplorable or redneck according to most of the media and the elite politicians. Therefore you should be advised to shake your head as you read this and wonder how i have ever been able to survive 50 plus years on the planet.

I have said almost nothing on Facebook about Election 2016. First I want to make it clear that the HOPE of America and the world will never reside in the White House. Our HOPE is High and Lifted up! JESUS is the only HOPE for mankind. Politics will never have answers for the problems that plague mankind. I do believe, however that God wants us to have a voice in the future of our nation. I encourage you to register (if you have not already) and to Vote. I would also encourage you to look beyond the personalities of this election and look at the party platforms. The party platforms are the agendas that will be pushed forward in our nation by the executive branch of our government. What hangs in the balance is the freedom to practice Biblical based Christianity in the public arena: A Christian couple lost their business this past year because they put into practice Biblical based values in their public business. We are moving in a direction in this country that is party platform directed. In many ways the personalities are mere figure heads for the agenda. Please read the party platforms and go out and vote. Regardless the outcome of this election, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords will still be sitting on the throne of heaven. Put your trust in Him and share your faith with those who do not know Him.
