Pumpkin Plunge at the Alga Norte Aquatic Center in Carlsbad
Here’s another great idea for the kids to enjoy this Halloween season – the Pumpkin Plunge in Carlsbad.
This floating pumpkin patch will be held at the Alga Norte Community Center in the La Costa area of Carlsbad, at Alicante Road and Poinsettia, this Saturday October 15th. Kids will have a chance to lasso their favorite pumpkin from the floating patch to take home.
But there's so much much besides the Pumpkin Plunge.
Aquatic fun in the pool includes several activities – Bone Collector, Creepy Animal Races, Brain Shootout (hmm, I have to wonder…), and more. Kids can enjoy activities on dry land, too, with a Bounce House, cookie decorating, a slide, and a spider ring toss.
There will be 3 floating obstacles for the kids to enjoy, as well as the water balls where you can climb inside and then walk on the water.
The Pumpkin Plunge ends with a special movie on the giant outdoor screen.
Admission is $10 per person, with children 3 and under admitted for free. This fun Halloween event runs from 5 to 9 pm on Saturday, October 15.
The Dive In Grill will be open for food throughout the event.
