HELLO

Hello.  Tired.  Comfortable.  At peace.

For the time being.

It has been a great weekend.  No contracts.  Yet.

I don't think I can measure my productivity that way.

I am becoming a lead getting machine.  And I am getting better.  Every day.

It's ridiculous.  And exciting.  It's almost not fair.

I swear.  I don't try at all.

Except for the RE/MAX shirts,

I almost try to avoid it....

And people find out...

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

That I am a Realtor.

They love to know.  They love to tell me of their real estate transactions.  Of their friends real estate transactions.

Is it a curse?  A blessing?

I don't know.  But people like talking to me.

Could they all be teasing me?

My database, sometimes mocked, continues to grow.

I am adding two, three names and email addresses a day.

These are people that seem to like me.  Could they be faking it?

Why would they?

And say they are considering moving.  This is ridiculous.

Yet no contracts yet.  When will it be.

This is my life.

This is the life of a Realtor.

Ken

Ken, I told Kathy McGraw earlier today that I have been busy going a hundred miles an hour.  Now, not every bit of that is contracts, but they are coming.  I think that people flock towards you when they feel like you are busy.  I guess it could be the wanting to business with busy people?  I know when I am not busy I get the feeling people can sense it, like you are desperate.

Love this post!  I feel the same way sometimes, but then the contracts come in "bunches".  A few months ago I had 5 in two weeks.  I had a close last week and I have a "big" one under contract with a June closing.  I have another offer on a house coming in tomorrow.  OH MY!!  How I hope I am on a ROLL and that contracts come in "bunches".  hang in there, good luck!!  Keep that database going, I mean grrowing!!

Live expectantly ... live your life expecting and only great gifts will always appear...

I Found myself on one knee today "THANKING GOD " Started the month in  fear had nothing on the books no closing or cash in site... ended the month $20K+..

Live knowing that only GREATNESS is yours open yourself to it and LIVE EXPECTENTLY and with GRATUDE and your business will always provide as needed.

We have to step out on "faith" and give God His due. He takes care os us. All we have to do is get out of the way.
