Available inventory in The Harvest continues to be scarce, as it has been for several years. This highly popular neighborhood offers a very desirable SE Fort Collins location and unique features, such as extensive open space, alley-loading garages, distinct architecture, and comfortable floor plans. In spite of a lack of homes for sale, buyer demand remains strong. When homes do become available, they typically attract multiple offers and sell very quickly. There are no homes currently available for sale in The Harvest, and only one home under contract and waiting to close.

The sale price/list price ratio for these 18 sold homes was 99.5%, an indication of high buyer demand and a seller's market.
