So this place just opened close to my house at Staple Mill Plaza. I always knew I would like working out there as I love boxing, but never knew how much I would enjoy it. When I heard this place was opening close to my house I just new I had to sign up.
I am probably not doing the best job explaining how it all works so you should just try it out for yourself, but here is a quick overview. There are 9 different workouts and all the workouts change daily. Every time I go there its a complete surprise what the work out will be. There is always a trainer there that will lead the workouts. You can basically show up anytime. The individual workouts are 3 minutes and then there is a active recovery for 30 seconds. The entire workout will last 30 minutes.
