The Scariest Bathtub EVER

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Godzyk Real Estate Services NH License 033394

Real Estate is an exciting  job. The luxurious homes. Then... the bank owned homes and short sales. Homes left to fend for themselves.  In the mean time please enjoy my blog based on my experiences here in the Manchester NH area. TODAY is day 24 of my Series "The scariest Horror Stories in Real Estate."

The top 30 collection of Horror Stories

Today's feature story:

#7. The Scariest Bathtub EVER

WHAT MAKES THIS BATH TUB SPECIAL? It was not in a Bank Owned home or a Short sale. It was an owner occupied 2 family home with a vacant apartment. The owner living upstairs.

There is a great market for 2-4 family homes in our area. Many love the idea of tenants paying their mortgage.

As in any home though. The home has to be presentable to buyers. This was far from it.....

IN SUMMARY many Home Sellers just did not know the right or wrong way for things to work when SELLING A HOME. The difference is SERVICE. Many find out what bad service is when they get left alone during the Buying process. GOOD SERVICE is a mix of communication, knowledge, experience and standing by you through each step of the selling process.

YOU deserve the BEST service when Buying or Selling a home

LEARN THIS ONE FACT: One should know that All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest Agent or Company.

In summary, the key to having a successful purchase or sale can increase simply choosing one of the BEST Agents. In NH that could be me.

It does not take magic to turn your "For Sale" sign into a "Sold" sign. It takes a full time Local Agent who specializes in Listing homes like yours.

That was the million dollar question Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Call 631-805-4400 (c) . Would have been easier to do it right

It is pretty clear that the bathtub is not being used for bathing but more of a catchall. I hope none of my rentals look like this inside.

Hi Scott Godzyk - I am constantly being spammed with webinars to become a particular banks foreclosure expert.  This is precisely why I stay away from this market. I am not someone who just "sells". My value is in 5 Star service. Banks don't care about that!

Too funny Jennifer Mackay ,the tub needed some water, and some soap and maybe a small shovel.

What the heck is in that tub? It is scary. But I have to laugh. We see all kinds of things while doing our job.

What in the world is going on in that tub?  Do they regularly bath the rocks from the yard?
