I never get tired of writing about what a great job Granite Heroes does on every project. It seems everyday the jobs continue to get better and better. That is not an accident. Our Master Stone Technician Erik Chambers is always trying new things to make sure we are delivering a great product to our clients. Being a perfectionist is always a great thing.
With the team growing and Erik training our staff to do things exactly the way he is doing it, is making it easy to see new staff perform great work every time. Erik still spends plenty of time in the field doing the work, so he does not lose his toch. We have Jim almost ready to take charge of his own team which currently is producing great work. I do not know of too many companies that are as pationate about what we do. We love to do great work and see our customers smiling faces once the job is completed. Erik managed Jim on this one but Jim had the lead on this job. It was about 500 square feet and it was a great way to see what Jim had learned over the last few months of working with Erik.
