More Changes Coming To Exit 28 - Catawba Avenue Exit In Lake Norman

The NCDOT is beginning construction on a new northbound lane on I77’s exit 28 in Cornelius. Currently this is one of the most congested roads in the region.  

Additional lanes have been requested for years and the hopes are that the additional lanes will help to alleviate backups on Catawba Avenue as well as Torrance Chapel Road.
