A co-worker introduced me to a system of winning words to use in my marketing.  I now have the list memorized.  Its basically word phrases you should use when interacting with clients.  These words help to get the client confidence and hopefully help you get the job.  I wanted to share these winning words for you to use if you decide to.  You can find the words on the internet by doing a google search.

Please Allow Me

I'm Confident

Working these phrases into your conversation will help you to close deals.

How about, "Sunday!  Sunday! Sunday!  HUGE open house..."  Oh - sorry.  Those are marketing phrases for monster truck shows.  Happy Monday!

haaaaa "no problem" i think this phrase is embedded in my vocabulary. it is indeed a winner. i use "i understand quite often too" great advice.
