Giant Red Oak or Maple Leaf?
What is this leaf?
I am not a expert when it comes to tree science. I thought this was a maple
leaf but I was in Oak Creek Canyon where there are mostly oak trees. So is
this possibly a giant red oak leaf? The leaf I am holding is about 10 inches
wide. I was shocked to see these huge leaves on the ground.
What do you think? Maple or Red Oak? or just plain hard to tell!!!
