UPDATE for Eastside Cities of Bellevue, Issaquah, Kirkland, Redmond and Sammamish, and King County

In September, King County Closed Sales saw a increase of 7.47%, from this time last year. The Eastside showed Closed Sales were actually down 3.80%. The median house sales price in King County was up 12.49% over last year to $497,950. The Eastside also showed gains with a median house sales price up 12.07% to $650,000.
