The 80526 zip code for Fort Collins CO covers the west central and southwest portions of the city, and consists of established neighborhoods of existing homes, most built between 1950 and 2000, along with a few newer neighborhoods, and some scattered commercial development.

Hi Dick -- I like the photo of the home you using for this update of Fort Collins 80526 real estate.  Isn't incredible that there are so many areas that are still lacking sufficient inventory of homes for sale.
