89 Homes were sold on the First Quarter (010116 to 033116) The Minimum Listing Price was $350,000, Closed Price $350,00 with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 753 sq foot home, 5000 sq ft lot and 1 day on the market.

Compared to the Last Quarter (100115 to 123115) of 2015. The number of units sold decreased 28.5%, the Minimum Listing price Increased $103,000, the Closed Price stayed even, the number of bedrooms decreased 50%, baths remained same, square feet of home and lot decreasd both.

Second Quarter (040116 to 063016), 82 homes closed escrow .The Maximum Listing Price was $1,099,000, Close Price $1,070,00 with 6 bedrooms , 5 bath, ,3,851 sq foot home, 4,115 sq ft lot and 0 days on the market.

Compared to 1st Quarter of 2016: Units Sold decreased 7.  Maximum Listing Price decreased $499,000, Close Price decreased $480,000, bedrooms decrease 2 and baths 1, sq ft home decreased 1400, lot 9,000, days on the market increased 214.

Third Quarter (070116 to 093016) 139 homes closed escrow. The Average Listing Price $606,418, Closed Price $605,053,24 bedrooms, 2 bath, 1902 sq foot home, 9,341 q ft lot and 4 day on the market.

The number of  sales on the 3rd quarter increase 40% compare to the 2nd. The average       listing price increased  $14,705, The closed price increased $12652 .00, bedrooms  and baths remained the same, while the house  sq ft increased 100 and the lot size increased 376, days on the market increased  9 days.

Some of the homes sold were probates, short sales, bank owned aka reos and standard sales
