Most people find the 90068 zip code very appealing and connect it with the World Famous HOLLYWOOD SIGN. This pocket of Los Angeles is very quaint and as you can see still a reasonable part of Los Angeles where you can live amongst some of the low key Hollywood people...

As you can see inventory has been relatively stable for a small pocket of Los Angeles.

The Pending Statistics have been equally stable indicating the desirability is stable as well.

Top of the morning Endre. That is an odd price drop in 2015. Anything you attribute that too? And yes some people made some very good investments during that time. No doubt those working with Endre Barath, Jr. were given a heads up to the good values in plenty of time to take advantage. If not buyers and sellers alike need use the services of Endre to take advantage of LA home and land markets in the future. Mark

Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint my take was that inventory increased all over the Los Angeles area and some price points were similar in other parts of Los Angeles at the time and those areas were perceived as "more desirable" hence one of the reasons for the price drop.....Endre
