That's quite a testimonial, Connie!  Don't worry about the fake TV - with that bedroom, it won't matter!  ;)  Julie

I thought about the fake plasma after the home owner told me they were interested in the house as a turn-key.... and the blow up matresses, and the chairs that were borrowed from my sister, and.....

Hi Patti, this is actually the 2nd time this has happened.  And yes, we need to factor our cost of inventory as well as time.  However since these are all pieces we're acquired over time, we calculate with how many hours it will take to go out and shop to replace everything back into our inventory.  Coffee????

Great job Connie. It is such a great feeling when the buyer likes the staging so much they want to buy the furniture and accessories as well. It is actually a great deal for the buyer, since they get the services of an interior designer with great taste without having to custom order everything and wait 8-12 weeks for it to be delivered. Congratulations!

So far have not sold all my inventory in a home, they have asked for pieces but upon learning the price - then don't want them.  That is OK by me and unless we don't like it (& then we usually don't put it in a house), I like my inventory.

However I do like shopping, too.....

Cindy ~ We're only just making a "dent" in the public eye.  Fortunatly for us, Los Angeles is SO spread out and has such a large amount on inventory there is plenty to go around.

Kathleen ~ Funny you should mention this, I was actually kind-of disappointed when I heard that they wanted the staging with the house - some of my favorite pieces are in this property =(.  Nothing a little Retail-Theropy can't help !

Hey Miss Connie, coffee today, tomorrow or Fri?  How about Cafe Firenze?  It's so pretty w/ all the flowers.  Haven't had coffee there yet, but it looks like the have quite a selection.  Cheers!
