A Little Less Togetherness

Just a quick note to let you know how I can help you or anyone you might introduce to me.

        When Jennifer and Rob lost their home to foreclosure, they and their toddler moved in with Don and Ellen, Jennifer's parents.  Don and Ellen enjoyed having the kids and grandchild around, and it was understood that this was a temporary arrangement.  But the weeks turned into months, and the months became a year, and then Jennifer and Rob announced they were expecting another child.  Don and Ellen knew it was time for a little less togetherness.

        Don asked their new neighbors about their Realtor, and the neighbors referred them to me.  When we met, Don and Ellen expressed an interest in purchasing a house or condo as an investment and renting it to Jennifer and Rob.  This was certainly a good time to consider an investment property, and I knew of several homes that I thought would work for them.  I referred the couple to my trusted Lender to discuss financing, and then we made an offer on a bank-owned condo in a lovely complex.  Now Jennifer and her family are getting settled - and Don and Ellen are building their retirement.
