Stowe, Vermont Area LAND Sales Market Report - 1st through 3rd Quarters - 2016/2015

Since the recession, land sales in Vermont have been lagging while home and condo sales have beenStowe, VT Land Sales Report slowly gaining strength.  Overall, I still find this to be true with the notable exception of Stowe, Vermont.  I could see that Stowe land sales were overall doing better, but not by this much.

Below is a Chart showing Land Sale numbers throughout most of the Lamoille Area.  Also included are the State of Vermont and Waterbury, Vermont sales data:
