Stowe, Vermont Area LAND Sales Market Report - 1st through 3rd Quarters - 2016/2015
Since the recession, land sales in Vermont have been lagging while home and condo sales have been slowly gaining strength. Overall, I still find this to be true with the notable exception of Stowe, Vermont. I could see that Stowe land sales were overall doing better, but not by this much.
