Many opt out when it comes to finishing what they have started and come away with a cute little story they can not only live with but to tell others too. The fact is that stories don't pay bills, help one socially to become intimate and don't pay-off on the deeper levels. What happened to follow through until complete? Accountability? Responsibility?
NO EXCUSES BANNER
This banner is not for the weak or the lazy. No excuses says that one will finish what they start, perform the objective, carry-on under all conditions & last but not least, allow for the result to make its way and be claimed in the end. In this realm, best efforts, good intentions and well-meaning may not be enough
SUCCESS & FAILURE
We have plenty examples of both success and failure to draw from and if we are going to add anything let it be in the success column. Failing is not an option even though it makes the frequent rounds and in a strange way, failure wants to succeed in and of itself...Refuse this and don't join it
IT'S YOURS
Interesting to note that we were not put here to fail. Think about this. If we were, we would & then there would be nothing left after a time. So the opposite holds. We were put here to succeed. Some things are a given & other things well they test you to see how bad you want it if you want it at all too
MAYBE NOT
Another point to consider is that sometimes we go after what we think we want and in the course of that discover that we don't want it. This is not failing but a self-discovery of our intentions with even motives revealed. We wont know until we start-up in this example. Then to do or not... presents itself
RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?
Every once in a while, I see people in various careers and positions and based on how they are performing (or not), plus attitude and demeanor which are stated clearly by their actions, behavior and body language that they don't like what they are doing but do it anyway. You have seen them too
WHY YOU DO WHAT YOU DO
People need to work & some will take what they can find. Others apply for positions for reasons having to do with job security, health care and good pay and put up with the experience for those reasons. Imagine having a person who doesn't like what they do waiting or servicing you? It makes a difference
COMFORT LEVELS
What drives you to do what you do? It is a fair question & it comes up every once in a while in peoples lives. Some people avoid the subject because it masks personal pain & releases emotions that they are not comfortable with. Others take a more care free approach while others are just passing through
PERFORMANCE
When a person engages their skills banks, talents, abilities and gifts and applies them to a matter at hand, it is a sight to see and behold for its purity and function at work. It inspires and testifies quite well using a results don't lie type of marketing approach. What you see is what you get. People like this
POLITICS SCRUTINIZED
Let's bring this subject into the post subject. How disappointed the American people are with all the major & well-known subjects. It wouldn't really matter who was running if everyone in politics did their jobs. The thousands of people in government would problem solve until problem gone
DO WHAT IT TAKES
Health care, immigration, jobs, justice systems, drug controls, crime and all the rest would be radically reduced and at the least handled or corrected. All we would really have is what pops up for maintenance, modification and of course anything new. Now that's a strong America for Americans
USE FEAR ON CONGRESS
You know how we threatened with governmental shut-down if a budget is not passed? Immediately, people in government and related to it fear for their jobs. How will they make payments? Eat? Travel? Medical assitance? Well let's use that fear tactic on the governing bodies as well....
GOVERNMENTS WON'T OR DON'T AGREE?
1. Nobody goes home until you do. Doors are locked. Nobody comes in or out. Get to work or sleep here
2. After one week, your pay stops. Won't solve problems? Well, now you have one of your own
3. Health care stops in 30 days. Get a taste of what it is like to have little or no insurance threat upon you
4. 60 days of this reoccurring type of behavior and you are put on 90 days probation. You did this
5. After that, you are dismissed. Fired. Your resume states couldn't perform duties hired for.
WHAT IS THE POINT?
For all the perks, pay, bonuses and privileges that come with working for the government along with the power, prestige and in some cases fame, you must perform. YOU MUST DO WHATEVER IT TAKES say the people of the United States to their elected leaders. How many times do you want to hear this already?
IMAGINE THIS
If everyone did whatever it took to get something done that would not only benefit the person but the people at large, methinks a type of paradise would be visiting with us. One thing is for sure. This commitment driven attitude would keep much hell at bay....to be sure
