Ventura County Farm Day 2016 Barbecue
After you have visited as many farms on the Ventura County Farm Day 2016 list that you want, go to the Ventura County Fairgrounds. From 4pm to 9pm, the San Miguel Building hosts a delicious barbecue prepared by Ventura County Young Farmers & Rangers. Only locally sourced, farm fresh meat and produce will be used. Do you enjoy embibing in beer, wine or cocktails? Choose from some of the best locally produced alcohol around. Must be 21 or older to drink, of course. Coldwater Canyon provides the live entertainment for the evening.
All tours on Ventura County Farm Day 2016 are absolutely free to the public. However, you must have a ticket for the barbecue. You can purchase your tickets for the barbecue online here. Have fun while you and your family gain an appreciation and understanding about where our food comes from. That's a heck of a way to spend a Saturday!
