Home Sales in the Tri-County area serving Placer, Sacramento, and El Dorado Hills latest Median Prices for March. Sales are going up for first time home buyers and investors. Lower pricing has opened up the market. We expect sales to decline as there are still many short sales and REO properties are on the rise. Look for less REO homes entering the market before a market correction starts up again.
