Good Enough . . . . Won’t Cut It

Every success is built on the ability to do better

 than good enough.”

Zig Ziglar 1926 - 2012, American Author, Salesman,

Motivational Speaker

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Good enough . . . . Won’t cut it

Good enough . . . . won’t cut it . . . .  and won’t get things done . . . . It’s becomes a prescription for mediocrity at best.

Good enough is taking the course of least resistances . . . . and attempting to get by with  minimum  efforts. A person that tries to get by with good enough . . . . will find themselves sliding backwards in their career . . . . Where their goals are moving farther out of their reach . . . . as their frustration increases.

Trying to get by with good enough . . . . becomes a destructive habit. Breaking the habit of good enough is a tipping point moment in your life. It will revitalize your career . . . . and get you back onto the right path on your success journey.

When you reach a fork in the road where the choice is between good enough . . . . and doing your best. You have reached a point on your success journey making the choice . . . . to do your best.

Success is achieved when you’re willing to stretch yourself forward . . . . to do the best you can  . . . . and never settling for good enough . . . .

Good enough . . . .  won’t cut it. Because good enough . . . . never is.

Lou Ludwig Ziz Ziglar was an inspiration to many realtors, and a very wise man, indeed.  The "good enough" attitude is not my standard, for sure.  I always try to go above and beyond what is expected of me to ensure my clients are completely satisfied.  It's a road to referrals too!  There are no short cut in this business.. Clients are very savvy people these days and they quickly recognize who their agent is...

Hi Lou Ludwig - I immediately thought of that old and (terrible) saying ..."Well it's good enough for government work!" That saying tells me all I need to know about a person.  My saying is "good enough is not good enough!"  I couldn't sleep at night with mediocrity.
