There is a small trend of increase in inventory, needless to say in the big picture it is very similar to what it has been for the past three years.
Sales have decreased, now we need to check into this a little more. So with that said let us look at the Days on Market, to get a better feel:
The explanation is that the market has cooled a bit in the Malibu Single Family Market, if this continues we are heading to a ballanced market.
