Challenges in Real Estate to Grow
So many in the real estate business are settling down for the winter chill not realizing it is time to ramp up for business. In fact, is there ever a time for 
settling down in ones glory? Perhaps on vacation but I have never had a vacation that did not have some sense of real estate within it. Listen this is a famous line by Ray Kroc, the founder of McDonald's, I use as one of my gratitude themes every morning:
If you are Green you grow, if you are Ripe you rot.
Training and improvement NEVER STOPs no matter whether you are in real estate or another business. There is always someone behind you biting at the coat tails. Keep that in mind and make it a great day.
