OK, as I said, two things real quick:
1. Tip of the day: As you may or may not know - I teach social media classes for Real Estate and Mortgage professionals as well as the 'Work Smarter Not Harder - the 5 Pillars of Success' class all across the state of Michigan and the one thing that I harp on more than anything else is that EVERYONE should know what you do and you should be first referred. My tip for you is to make sure that all of your contact info and profession ie. title, company, etc should be listed on all of your social media sites where contact info is listed. I am noticing that more than not - Realtors and mortgage loan officers are forgetting to have this filled in and this is the biggest mistake you can make since people are always interested in what you do, want to refer you, and you can easily come up a search. I highly recommend taking a couple of minutes and go into all of your social media profiles and make sure that all your contact info and title and company are listed.
2. This week the Michigan Real Estate Masterminds are coming to downtown Utica covering why top agents are using SMS Marketing for database retention, marketing, as well as communication for their listings.
