I love what I do and enjoy providing extraordinary service for my clients! I never know what each day will bring. I may be going on listing appointments, showing homes to buyers, planning open houses, calling my sphere, writing real estate market reports for my market area, heading up community activities, attend board meetings as a business representative for my community elementary school or interacting with my colleagues (to just name a few of the things I do). I start my day by rising early and drinking a warm glass of water with fresh lemon and then enjoy my morning cup of coffee...Ahhhh! I post and comment on Active Rain. It’s like having a mini-course in real estate on a variety of topics! I enjoy my morning walk, share breakfast with my Geno and am off for the day!
I usually have stops or appointments (listing appointments, inspections, walk thru's or any numerous real estate related tasks) on my way to the office. My administrative assistant Carol comes in at 10 am. There is always paper work for Carol to work on...she is my right arm, answering phone calls, putting together my CMA's after I finish them, working on fliers for my listings etc.(She is the one with the blue boa and Coldwell Banker ears she designed). Our office loves to get together...bowling parties, award lunches happy hours, etc. Our awards are numerous because we are an office that plays as hard as we work!
My days are full but there is always time to enjoy my family! I love my life as a Realtor and helping others through the process of buying and selling!
