NOTE:  I am not suggesting that Top Producer is a bad program...in fact I think it is very sophisticated...but I know agents are abandoning it for easier less expensive programs.

I used it for almost a year and found TP to be too slow, too cumbersome. I went back to Outlook.

Erica...I agree..Outlook is a great alternative to one of the highest price CRM programs out there...we all know which one that is, right?  Anyway, I have found that when we keep our database simple...we are more likely to use it...AND...not spend too much time "in" it.

Chrstine...I look forward to tallking with you again soon.

Jeff - I honestly tried to get into TP8i and posted a daily log of my experiences as I tried to acclimate myself to it.  I found the program to be so cumbersome and awkward that I had to ditch it just before my 30 day trial period was up (didn't cost me a dime, but it cost me hours and hours of wasted time).  In my opinion, TP must be a really badly coded product, probably because they've had to do so many work arounds as they migrated agents from older versions to newer versions.  I have also tried to use ACT for ten years and just hate it.  At the end of the day, I'm on e-mail all the time and use Outlook's e-mail and calendar functions constantly.  There is so much to Outlook 2007 and I know I haven't exploited it's full value yet.  Shame on me!
