There are many homes available for sale in Warwick township and buyers have started looking at homes . Buyers are taking their time but homes in certain price range are selling fast and there have been many instances of multiple offers.

Warwick township is located in Central bucks school district. www.cbsd.org

 

I looked up Trendmls and this is what I found :

22 homes settled  in April 2008 . They were on the market for an average of 97 days. The lowest price was a condo in Knox Court Condos ( a 55plus community ) and highest price was $599,900 for a 5 year old Toll Built single home at Estates of Bucks County Coutry Club .  This home was on the market for 172 days.

This does not include multi units and commercial property and is subject to errors and omissions.

Gita..what price range is it that is selling? You didn't say and I'm curious if  it's the same as around here!

Joan, Homes priced under $300,000 are best.
