HOT MARKET

Not sure how the market is in your area, but in the Panama City Florida are it is heating up!!! We are putting things under contract left, and right. It is awesome! Its like the flood gates have opened and it is a great feeling to be needed again. Listings are out there, they are coming in about one per day. But now the sellers are back to buy them. The prices that are going under contract are still somewhat low but its all green in the end.
