Homes have sold well in Alford Meadows so far this year - there have been 37 sales, ranging in price from a low of $340,000 to a high of $660,000, with a median price of $430,000 and an average price of $443,208. The average days to get an offer was 58, with an average days on the market of 125. The sale price/list price ratio for these 37 homes was 99.4% - that would typically indicate a seller's market, but because there is significant new construction happening in the neighborhood, it is probably the result of upgrades and options added to the original list price. The presence of new homes also leads to higher than normal days on market because of construction time.

Hi Dick - although it's not a huge number, it's nice to see some properties available for sale in Alford Meadows.  The sale to list price is very respectable as well and your photo shows a community with a very idyllic setting.  Here's hoping those looking to move anywhere in the Loveland or Northern Colorado markets you serve contacts you and Mary.
