Self Directed IRA/Real Estate IRA - An income source you may have overlooked

How many more sales could you make if some of your clients converted their IRA's to self directed real estate IRA's?

Wouldn't it be great to turn some of your clients into real estate investors and help your investors increase their investments. With a little bit of research you could increase your income this year.

It's a growing trend. More and more investors are purchasing real estate with a self-directed IRA. We are a custodian that provides the necessary third party administration services to investors wanting to use their retirement funds to invest in real estate.
