When people say experience matters, what does that mean to you? I see agents advertise that way all the time, and it just doesn't resonate with most people, although it absolutely should. I'm not really sure how else to get the thought across that agents who sell hundreds if not thousands of homes learn how to avoid mistakes with each and every transaction.
That experience gives a Sacramento Realtor a perspective that is completely impossible for a newer agent to reach without investing a similar amount of time and accumulating a similar track record.
