Del Ray is a wonderful neighborhood between between Delta and Cedaredge. It's right outside of Eckert. For families that have people that work in both Cedaredge and Delta, this neighborhood is an excellent choice, because it's an easy commute to either town.
Neighborhood sales activity has been slow so far this year. That's because there haven't been a lot of homes that have come on the market. The last listing sold around the middle of October.

At this time there aren't any homes on the market in the Del Ray Subdivision. (Now is a good time to list your home). - So far this year three homes have sold with an average selling price of $209,000 and a median selling price of$210,000.
- In 2015 the average sales price in Del Ray was $169,000. This neighborhood has seen a 23% increase in the average price over the last year.
Don't be discouraged because there aren't any homes on the market. There are several neighborhoods in this area that offer a similar view and curb appeal as Del Ray.
