2016 Local Market Update Reports by The Greater Boston Real Estate Board
First produced in July 2011, the association’s Local Market Update (LMU) Reports follow key indicators of housing market performance, documenting data for each month on the calendar. The LMU Reports contain data on closed sales, median selling price, percent of original list price to selling price, housing affordability, the inventory of unsold homes/condos, pending sales, and average time on the market for sold property. Both annual and month-to-month comparisons are provided to the current month’s data.
