The Major Companies.....

Sheila, I feel your pain. I cringe every time I have to contact Comcast due to a problem. 

I tell them at my point of contact that I will take my business elsewhere and report them to the governing body or BBB if I am not pleased Sheila Anderson 

Sheila  They only give a break to new customers

Sheila I agree they are frustrating especially the Cable Companies.  Once they have you signed on to a contract they have you over a barrel.

Sheila Anderson rant away my friend, this is a topic we can all agree on...the rates cotinue to go up and there are always new federal and/or local taxes tacked on the bill too.

Hi Sheila- rants are a way of keeping up from blowing our lid so rant away.  I suspect that many feel your pain. 

Good morning Sheila.  I learned a long time ago we are nothing but a number to them and many other companies.  Just a sign of the changes and times I guess

Ugh, you have been having issues with your cable for way too long.  I don't like having to deal with big companies either and I am always having to renegotiate with them when they raise prices.
