I guess this is a rant. I don't do well with Cable or Phone Companies. They increase their rates with more regularity than than anything I have ever known. Introductory rates are advertised that don't really exist and are never available to long time customers anyway. There is no real customer service to rely upon, and any communication is designed to frustrate the one without power and who needs real service. Years ago it was better, or maybe I was just naive, but no matter what I no longer have the stomach for it. Rant done.
Sheila, I feel your pain. I cringe every time I have to contact Comcast due to a problem.

I tell them at my point of contact that I will take my business elsewhere and report them to the governing body or BBB if I am not pleased Sheila Anderson

Sheila I agree they are frustrating especially the Cable Companies. Once they have you signed on to a contract they have you over a barrel.

Good morning Sheila. I learned a long time ago we are nothing but a number to them and many other companies. Just a sign of the changes and times I guess

It's so wrong Yolanda but they are largely monopolies. Too bad. TY Sheila
Hello Lisa. Can't beat the system and it's hard to do without. Bummer. Sheila
Ugh, you have been having issues with your cable for way too long. I don't like having to deal with big companies either and I am always having to renegotiate with them when they raise prices.

That's true Brian. I do my best but I miss the old days of TV without Cable and the 3-5 channels was OK too. TY Sheila
