NEWS FLASH!! Agents who avoid Short Sales are literally wiping out the Buyers market 3-7 years from now!

Real Estate Agents should think twice about avoiding Short Sales!  If you avoid working Short Sales, you are literally wiping out your future Buyer market!  If you avoid the Short Sale, you more than likely allow a borrower to go to foreclosure, keeping them from buying another home is 3-7 years.  If every 1 in 5 listings in the United States is a Short Sale, allowing them to go to foreclosure simply by making a choice not to do them will have devastating effects on the Buyer market in about 3-5, or even, 7 years.  If they have a foreclosure on their record, they won't be able to buy another house for at least 3-7 years.  Think twice, get the right education!

America's Home Rescue is providing the only "true" nuts-and-bolts Short Sale education for Real Estate Agents in the Country.  Major brokerages, title companies, and lenders know and are recognizing it.  Don't turn your back on another Short Sale.  Simply invest in the right education and you'll find the process to be less time-consuming and more productive in the longrun.

But, not every agent is suited to short sales, and so many of the banks are just teasing by talking about them.  Bottom line, it isn't a logical conclusion that every agent needs to do a short sale or that many not handling them will prevent foreclosures.
